Well, we’ve done it! We’ve finally scheduled picture days for underclassmen! Keep an eye out for communications from HR Imaging and Root Studios regarding ordering your pics. The plan is a little more complicated than in years past. Here it is:
We’ll be shooting two days a week (Wednesday and Thursday) for three weeks during PE/Health classes in order to get all of the groups (A,B,C). The days will be Feb 10&11, 17&18, and 24&25.
Unlike previous years in which each year went on a specific day (freshmen on Tuesday, Sophomores on Wednesday, Juniors Thursday) we’ve had to break it down by teacher schedules this year. In order to know which day your student is scheduled for, check the chart below and compare it with their schedule. In other words, If your child has health with Mr. Hafer during first hour, they’ll be going in for their picture during first hour on Thursday of the week that they are in school. It’s kind of a pain to dig through the schedule and figure out your day, I know, and I wish I could have thought of a simpler way to do it, but this is the best I could come up with.
We’ve also scheduled two after school sessions for always-remote students. These sessions will be Wednesday, February 17, and Thursday, February 25, from 2:30 to 4:30. Students will want to come to the auditorium for their portraits.
Finally, we have scheduled a third round of senior portraits!
Here are the details: Round three of senior portraits will be 2/15-2/18. They're still in the ILC just like the previous rounds, from 2:30-8PM. You DON'T need to wait for an email from Root Studios to log in and sign up. Go to rootseniors.com. It will ask for Subject Number and last name. Next to Subject Number is a field that says [Don't know it? Click here.] From there it will ask for the school zip, school, type of school, last name, and student ID. Plug in that info and you should be good to sign up for a slot.
